Indianwood Golf & Country Club is a 55+ Resident-owned Manufactured Home Park located in a beautiful rural setting in the Village of Indiantown, FL. There are approximately 600 homes consisting of two types of residents. One group of residents belongs to the Co-op as shareholders and the other group of non-shareholders own their home and lease their lots from the Co-op. The utilities to each site are individually metered. Mowing, edging, trash and recycling pickup are included in your monthly fees. RV and boat storage is available on-site.
Dogs and cats are welcome; however, you are limited to a total combined maximum of two. Dogs must weight less than 35 pounds and cats are not permitted to roam outside.
